What we collect

• Staff account: username and a password hash for people who sign in to OSN Leads.
• Threads account you connect: your Threads user ID, username and an access token issued by Meta when you press "Connect Threads". We use them only to search public posts, to show replies to your posts and to publish replies you explicitly send.
• Public Threads posts found by keyword search: post ID, text, author username, link and time. These are public posts; we store them to show them to our staff and to avoid answering the same post twice.

How we use it

Only to help our staff find people who ask for web development and to reply to them. A reply is published only when a staff member presses "Reply". We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties, except the AI provider that scores post relevance (post text only, no account data).

Retention

Posts and leads are kept up to 12 months. Access tokens are kept while the Threads account stays connected.

Your rights and deletion

You can disconnect Threads in Settings at any time, remove the app in your Threads settings, or ask us at info@osn.kz. When you remove the app, Meta notifies us and we delete your token and link — see Data Deletion.
